We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, however we will provide a refund for faulty goods.

We require proof of purchase and evidence of fault in order to process a refund on your behalf. Any damages or faults must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Any freight charges to return an item is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Bungalow Home.

Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, We reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund, or ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion.
