Do you ship Australia wide? How is shipping calculated?

Yes, we offer shipping Australia wide. Please note freight costs are additional to your furniture purchase. When you purchase your piece, you will be contacted shortly afterwards with a shipping quote. Alternately, please contact our Customer Care team directly via the CONTACT page of our site for a quote on shipping direct to your door. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What happens when a product is out of stock?

We try our best to only feature products that are in stock and available for immediate delivery, however, as we carry limited numbers of each furniture piece, sometimes an item will become unavailable at short notice and may need to be pre-ordered. If this is the case, our Customer Care team will be able to provide you with an ETA on your preferred item coming back into stock. Please contact us directly with any questions.

Do you have a bricks and mortar store where I can see a furniture item before I purchase?

If you are located on the Gold Coast, then you can visit our showroom which is located at 1/11 Strathaird Rd Bundall QLD 4217. Please note that not every item is featured on our showroom floor. Please contact us prior to visiting if you'd like information on a particular item.

What time is your showroom open?

Our showroom in Bundall is open Mon-Fri 10am-3pm, or alternatively you can shop in our online store 24/7 from the comfort of your own home.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

How long does delivery take?

If an item is in stock, then it generally takes 7-10 business days to arrive at your home with our trusted carriers. This can vary depending on your location.
